This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators or experienced healthcare professionals looking to support the next generation of practitioners. About the Role You will be delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of Level 4-6 modules within Health Care Practice, including: Lifespan and Developmental Psychology Health & Social Care Frameworks Healthcare Practice Procedures & Professional Standards Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity, and Ethics in Practice Responsibilities Planning engaging lessons that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements. Delivering clear and structured teaching at HE/FE Levels 4-6. Assessing learners, providing constructive feedback, and supporting academic progress. Ensuring learning materials meet professional and industry standards. Creating an inclusive learning environment for all students. Qualifications Experience teaching in HE or FE at Level 4-6, or substantial professional experience in a healthcare or support role with a strong understanding of human development. A degree in Health & Social Care, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field (essential). A postgraduate qualification (PGCE, MSc, or higher) desirable. A teaching qualification (PGCE, DET, or further training toward this) capable. Enhanced DBS on the update service (essential). Right to work in the UK.
