Leveraged Finance Associate - Tier 1 Investment Bank Location: London Division: Investment Banking - Leveraged Finance Seniority: Associate About the Role: This role offers exposure to complex financing solutions for private equity sponsors and corporate clients across Europe. You will work on origination and execution of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds, supporting clients in acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations. Key Responsibilities Assist in structuring, pricing, and executing leveraged loan and high-yield bond transactions. Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (syndicate, risk, legal) and external parties (clients, lawyers, rating agencies). Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior team members. Requirements Already in a Leveraged Finance Investment Banking role or Debt Advisory. Familiarity with loan and bond documentation and rating agency methodologies. Ability to move quick as volumes tend to be high. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
