Job Description Position: Asbestos Contracts Manager (also known as Asbestos Contract Manager, Asbestos Site Manager, Asbestos Contract Supervisor) Location: London, Greater London (serves local authority, social housing, educational, and industrial sites across the South East) Salary & Benefits: £30k – £65k + Benefits Responsibilities Carry out visits to a mixed portfolio of sites to gather information for quote production, prepare timely quotes, and pass them on to clients. Oversee a team of site staff, ensuring work is carried out on time and in line with relevant Health and Safety regulations. Assign site staff to jobs, ensuring they have the right tools and equipment to work safely. Carry out appraisals for site staff. Efficiently manage licensed and non‑licensed asbestos removal projects. Produce monthly management reports. Efficiently manage new and existing accounts. Produce bespoke risk assessments and method statements. Liaise with clients, dealing with any issues and queries. Provide clients with invoices upon completion of work. Complete ASB5 documents and submit them to the relevant authority. Continue building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients. Qualifications & Experience Strong background working in the asbestos industry. Strong technical, management, and removal skills. Extensive knowledge of relevant Health and Safety guidelines. Excellent IT skills. Holding the ARCA Contracts Manager ticket is beneficial. Effective communication skills (phone, email, face‑to‑face). Experience with or knowledge of P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP. Coverage Area Consideration will be given to candidates from the following areas: Watford, Cheshunt, Harlow, Hertford, St Albans, Bishop’s Stortford, Stevenage, Luton, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Slough, Windsor, Reading, High Wycombe.
