Acoustic Consultant 

Location: M4 corridor - London to Bristol

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

We’re currently working with a leading independent consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, who are looking to expand their team with an Acoustic Consultant based around the South West or London region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected team working across a diverse range of projects including environmental, building, and industrial acoustics.

The Role:

You’ll be part of a growing team with the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of acoustic consultancy—from environmental noise assessments and planning support to building acoustics design and onsite testing. The position offers flexibility to work across either the London or South West (Bristol) regions with hybrid working set-ups. 

Ideal Candidate:

•    Degree qualified in Acoustics, Sound Engineering, or related discipline (IOA Diploma also considered)

•    4+ years' experience in consultancy (though strong candidates outside this range are also encouraged to apply)

•    Experience in building acoustics - candidates with environmental acoustics backgrounds can also be considered.

•    Skilled in acoustic modelling (e.g., CadnaA, Odeon, SoundPLAN)

•    Full UK driving licence preferred due to site travel
