Multi Skilled Engineer. We're looking for a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based in Westminster.Location: Westminster - site-based roleHours: Full time, Monday to Friday, day shift workWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.What will you be responsible for?As a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Kier Facilities Management team, supporting the Operations Manager in delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across our Westminster portfolio.What will your day to day look like?Your day to day will include:Delivering both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure full compliance and achievement of service level agreements.Working closely with the local engineering and administration team to plan workloads and maximise productivity.Managing and supporting subcontractors to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to Kier standards.Carrying out and submitting quoted works within agreed SLAs and budget requirements.Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.What are we looking for?This role of Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer is great for you if you have:Proven experience in commercial maintenance, including PPMs, reactive works, and contractor liaison.A strong mechanical background, with the ability to assist and guide colleagues where needed.Eligibility for SC Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years).We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.Rewards and benefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
