We are recruiting for Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Amesbury Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business. The role is part of a 365‑day operation, which may include working on bank holidays, including Christmas Day. Contract and Schedule Contract: Full Time / PermanentLocation: Amesbury Depot (SP4 7SZ)Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7, various shift times available. Rate of Pay Day (Monday – Friday): £16.63 per hourSaturday: £18.71 per hourSunday: £24.95 per hour Nights (Monday – Friday): £19.00 per hourSaturday: £21.38 per hourSunday: £28.51 per hour Overtime rate: £18.71 Class 1 Driver Role & Responsibilities Delivering milk products to customer stores and regional distribution centres.Puts safety first and respects all other road users.Ensures driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.Prepares route checks for safety restrictions, planned works and traffic to ensure smooth and efficient journeys.Demonstrates high professionalism as the interface between the business and its customers. Class 1 Driver Key Skills & Experience HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)Current CPC and digital driving card.No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs).Comfortable with the physical nature of the role.Effective team member who works well on their own initiative.Excellent attitude to work; self‑motivated, positive and extremely reliable.
