Senior Building Surveyor Job Market insurance Claims / Building Surveying Senior Building Surveyor About the role To provide professional Surveying & Project managed services in connection with domestic and commercial buildings for High Net Worth, Major Loss and other complex claims.Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.The successful candidate will need to have a willingness to travel within the UK and flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements.The role will be home based, and the employee will be required to maintain a suitable home office environment.There will be a requirement to attend local company offices from time to time.A company car will be provided and full drivers license is required Senior Building Surveyor What will your day look like : Visiting damaged properties to assess technical and insurance aspects required to resolve insurance claims and to reinstate damaged buildings.To actively project manage / progress and control all cases Liaising with clients, policyholders, local authorities, third parties, claims handlers.Ensure technical accuracy of the highest standard Produce high quality personalised outgoing correspondence Handle customers effectively and fairly in line with HNW insurers requirements Build effective relationships with Adjusters, clients and brokers Produce reports, tender documents and contract administration of highest quality Work within a team environment to achieve best results either on individual losses or group Senior Building Surveyor Key requirements Required to have previous experience within a similar role.Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline, e.g.Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, or similar.Along with our client, we are committed to a diverse workforce and as such recruit from a wide available pool of talent, with the hiring, assessment and selection process being fair, free from bias and one which ensures the right person is selected for the job, based on merit.We treat colleagues, candidates, clients, and business partners with equality, fairness and respect, regardless of their age, disability, race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, marital status or family circumstances. xsabvtc A copy of our D&I policy can be made available upon request.
