Job Summary We are seeking TWO experienced, nurturing, passionate, positive, and organised Deputy Supervisors to be a key part of our inclusive Pre‑School team. Responsibilities Assist the Supervisor in the smooth running of the setting and ensuring high‑quality care and safeguarding of the children. Support in supervising and supporting staff, planning, adhering to policies and making relevant updates. Parent liaison and deputising for the Supervisor when necessary. Qualifications & Experience Level Three practitioner. Experience in early years care and safeguarding. Enhanced DBS check required. Eligibility to work in the UK. One position requires SENCo experience. Exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Benefits & Work Environment Term‑time only setting (38 weeks of the year) with dedicated entrance, secure enclosed outdoor play area, and a maximum of 20 children aged 2‑5 years at a time.
