You will be at the forefront of curriculum development, modelling exceptional practice and guiding colleagues to deliver lessons that are inspiring, challenging, and rooted in high expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and implementation of the Spanish curriculum across KS3–KS4. Drive outstanding teaching and learning through effective modelling, coaching, and professional development. Develop high-quality, knowledge-rich schemes of work that empower students to communicate confidently in Spanish. Oversee assessment structures, data analysis, and intervention strategies to raise attainment. Support colleagues in delivering consistent, engaging, and well-sequenced MFL lessons. Promote cultural understanding and global citizenship through enrichment, trips, and cross-curricular opportunities.
