Join Sytner Group as a MINI Sales Executive in Tamworth. This permanent role offers a basic salary of £20,000 with a generous commission potential and a very achievable OTE of £45,000. About the Role As a Sales Executive you will be the primary point of contact for customers during their car buying journey, delivering first‑class service and ensuring the experience is excellent every time. You will work flexible patterns—including weekends—to maximise customer service levels. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand and support their needs during the purchasing process. Provide product and contract information, and guide customers to suitable vehicle options. Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads. Attend assessment centre if required. About You Good interpersonal skills and a passion for outstanding customer service. Experience in automotive sales or customer service (required). Valid UK driving licence beneficial. Why Sytner?
