If you’re ready to give your best shot, this is the role for you Due to our ongoing growth, we are excited to offer a Shift Manager to join our bustling multiuser site in Harlow While working with us, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, prioritising colleague wellbeing, health, and safety. You will ensure that all operational KPIs are met, maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of the job. This is a full-time, permanent role, working on a shift pattern Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of 42,500 - and 33-days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays. You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What you’ll do on a typical day: Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement corrective actions where appropriate to maximise the efficiency of the warehouse operation Demonstrate and promote a customer-focused approach to all warehouse activities Responsible for monitoring and reporting on target expectations and achievements through standard reporting processes Create and maintain a positive team atmosphere and inclusive culture, by actively encouraging involvement from all colleagues What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a fast paced logistics environment, ideally within E-com operations, high-end fashion Strong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in a role focussing on continuous improvement would be advantageous We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
