We provide:The opportunity to have a real impact with operational experience in a start-up where results are tangible and matter to the business.Inspiration and guidance from a high-performing team as well as the CEO and founder.Unlimited growth potential with a track record of internal promotions.Travel opportunities to join our conferences overseas.Invaluable transferable skills through experience and training in interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management.Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary but are expected to be centered around:Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our targeted offering and network.Facilitate 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers to accommodate the investment strategy of the LP.Support the team in delivering exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions, including engaging audiences beyond our usual definition of institutional investors (e.g., GPs).What the future holds for you with our companyWe believe this position lays the foundation for a successful career, with a culture of internal promotions. Our track record shows internal advancement and opportunities across PE, Venture, and M&A sectors.What we expect from youThis role does not require specific previous work experience as training is provided; we welcome candidates across different experience levels. However, a UK work permit is required.Additionally, we are looking for candidates who:Have a relentless drive and desire to be the best at what they do;Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency;Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments;Are curious about people and enjoy speaking with, building, and nurturing relationships;Are excellent communicators (verbal and written);Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise work.Onsite role, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Sloane Square.
