We are seeking an experienced Mechanical CAD Technician to support the delivery of a wide range of water-sector engineering projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility while requiring 3 days per week in our Manchester office.
Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality mechanical CAD drawings and 3D models for water infrastructure projects
Work closely with engineers and designers to develop accurate, coordinated design solutions
Support the preparation of technical documentation and project deliverables
Contribute to design reviews, clash detection, and model coordination activities
Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with project and industry requirements
Essential Experience & Skills

Proven experience working within the water industry
Strong proficiency in Mechanical CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)
Ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed mechanical drawings
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design workflows
Desirable

Revit experience
Autodesk experience
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary design teams
Working Model

Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Manchester office
