OverviewAspire People are currently recruiting SEND teaching assistants to work in a special needs school located in Horncastle. This school caters for students in KS1 through to KS4. The school has an on-site animal farm providing a breakout option for pupils.Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport one-to-one with students and contribute to developing social and cognitive development.Collaborate with a number of assistants and the class teacher.Be involved in a long-term contract with the option to extend or move to a permanent placement.Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 15:30.Requirements / ExperienceExperience in the care sector is desirable, with an interest in utilising skills within education.Background in education or experience in Healthcare/Support Work.Eligible to work in the UK and able to undergo safeguarding checks.Contract DetailsStarting ASAP with a rolling contract.
