About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Installers to join our team. As part of a team, you will be responsible for the installation of air source heat pump systems in domestic properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install and commission ASHP systems in residential properties.
  2. Work in teams of 2 or more to complete installations efficiently.
  3. Ensure installations comply with MCS, manufacturer, and regulatory standards.
  4. Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues during installation.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  7. Complete necessary paperwork and reporting for installations.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in ASHP installation.
  2. Teams of 2+ required—must be able to work as a unit.
  3. Plumbing, heating, or electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, FGAS, G3 Unvented, Part P).
  4. MCS accreditation (preferred but not essential).
  5. Full UK driving license (essential).
  6. Strong knowledge of heat pump technology and system design.
  7. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
