OverviewGoodstuff are hiring a Strategy Director who will be responsible for delivering strategic thinking across our brilliant clients, and more broadly supports the planning teams in delivering best in class work across their client portfolio.They are a thought leader within the agency, helping to evolve and deliver our proprietary planning proposition, Move, for the agency. Working in close collaboration with the Strategy team and client groups, they are at the forefront of creating category defining, award worthy media strategies. They are a consistent point of contact for clients and an inspiration for Goodstuffers, offering ongoing expertise and direction in all things strategy.Reporting to the Chief Strategy OfficerResponsibilitiesAn expert and thought leader in StrategyLeads in the delivery of strategic responses, using the full range of resources available through GoodProcessInspire our agency mission’ by focusing on opportunities to create high-profile, award-worthy workBuild strong, influential client relationships, maintaining counsel even when not part of the core account teamBecome the go to contact for long term and high level strategic questionsConsistently well informed on clients’ business and sector, and contribute proactively whenever relevantLeads from the front, role modelling Goodstuff valuesInspires our agency mission in what they say and doCreates collaborative working conditions and drives agency integrationIdentify opportunities for commercial growth linked to strategy and strategic projects for clientsStrategic lead on new business pitches, including presenting in pitch meetingsDevelop strong, insight driven views and recommendationsEffectively links strategic thinking with implementation and InvestmentQualificationsExperience working as a Strategist in a media agencyAble to craft and tell a compelling story and ‘sell’ ideasSkillful communicator who listens wellDemonstrates curiosity and a passion for learning and challengePassionate about ideasAble to think around problems and get to inventive solutionsCulture and equalityMade of different stuffGoodstuffers are a group of individuals made of different stuff.
