Overview Learning Support Assistant – Swallowdale Primary School Fixed Term until 23 August 2026. 17.5 hours per week – term time only, plus inset (39 weeks). Grade 5, Pt 7 to 8 (£10,197 to £10,358). This role is based at Swallowdale Primary School within the Bradgate Education Partnership, working as a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term basis. Responsibilities Support the delivery of the curriculum, run groups or provide intervention support where necessary. Work across the school and may include working with children with additional needs. Work as an integral part of the Learning Support team to help ensure high quality education and meaningful experiences for pupils. Qualifications and attributes Have an appropriate qualification and/or experience of working with children in an educational setting. Be flexible, resourceful and adaptable; able to work both as part of a team and on own initiative. Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum and use this to support children’s learning.
