OverviewSenior UI Artist - Racing role at Zynga. Hybrid work environment. The team operates across London and Bangalore, with on-site days in London three days per week and remote work on the remaining days.Position Overview: Our Racing business is responsible for the CSR Racing franchise, including CSR2 and CSR3. We are a diverse, ambitious studio group seeking talented, collaborative, and creative individuals to contribute to award-winning games.What You’ll Do: You’ll be the visual voice of our interfaces, crafting intuitive, beautiful, and responsive designs in collaboration with the Art Director, Designers, Tech Leads, and other artists.This is an opportunity to define visual language, push creative boundaries, and shape how millions of players experience our games.What You’ll DoBring ideas to life: Partner with designers to translate creative visions into sleek, functional interfaces that elevate gameplay.Design from concept to completion: From Whitebox prototypes to final visuals, motion graphics, and in-game implementation, owning every step of the UI journey.Champion quality: Provide artistic and technical feedback to ensure high visual quality and usability standards.Collaborate across disciplines: Work with feature teams to deliver high-fidelity assets that look amazing and run efficiently across platforms.Mentor and inspire: Support and guide other UI artists, elevating the craft across the studio.Be the voice of UI: Present work confidently and bring inspiration from design and gaming, influencing the broader UI direction.What You BringStrong visual design sense with mastery of composition, clarity, and readability across devices.Ability to define and maintain a cohesive, brand-aligned visual identity.Expertise in iconography, typography, and motion; understanding how details affect player experience.Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects and Premiere are a bonus.Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.Motion graphics skills to add energy and flow to the interface.UX problem-solving, accessibility improvements, and friction reduction for players.Hands-on experience implementing assets in-engine, balancing creative and technical aspects of UI.Track record of shipped mobile and/or console titles.Excellent communication, organization, and time management with a collaborative attitude.Bonus PointsExperience working in Unity.Understanding of accessibility design principles for inclusive games.What We Offer YouCompetitive salary and discretionary annual bonus scheme26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and 2 paid personal days6 months fully paid maternity/adoption leave and 16 weeks fully paid paternity leave (eligibility criteria applies)Pension plan with double matching employer contributionPrivate medical & dental insurance and healthcare cash planLife insurance, personal accident insurance and income protectionMental health and neurodiversity support programsCompany Employee Stock Purchase Plan (eligibility criteria applies)Fitness reimbursement plan worth £600 per annumFlexible working hoursWeekly social events and seasonal partiesWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt NaturalMotion, creativity meets cutting-edge technology.
