The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour. Responsibilities As Deputy Manager you will be part of the leadership team at each home, working closely with the Home Manager. Your key activities will include developing support plans, conducting risk assessments, planning rosters, recruiting and developing team members, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents. You will motivate the team, encourage engagement, and bring a sense of fun to help achieve positive outcomes for those we support.
