This is an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity to join a growing team within a fast-paced and high-impact environment, where you will work on a diverse range of mid-market transactions.As part of the newly established Transaction Services team, you will play a key role in providing in-depth financial and vendor due diligence services. This role offers excellent exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions, enabling you to make a significant impact in delivering high-quality, actionable insights to clients.Key Responsibilities:Leading and executing financial due diligence and vendor due diligence for mid-market transactions, managing the process from initial scoping to final deliverables.Collaborating closely with clients to understand their strategic needs, providing valuable insights to help inform critical business decisions.Managing teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects while mentoring and coaching junior staff.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and project execution.Contributing to business development efforts, including proposal generation and identifying opportunities to drive future growth.Qualifications:Proven experience in Transaction Services (TS), with a strong track record in financial and vendor due diligence.Ideally, experience working in the mid-market space or with mid-market clients.Demonstrated experience at the Assistant Manager or Manager level, with the ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to build relationships at all levels.A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing advisory firm in London, with the chance to work on high-profile transactions alongside a team of talented professionals.
