We are currently recruiting for a leading manufacturer in County Durham who are looking to expand their Engineering team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business offering long-term stability, excellent training opportunities, and a highly competitive salary of up to £45,000.ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production equipmentQuickly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faultsWork closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtimeEnsure all work is completed in line with health & safety and company proceduresContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the siteAccurately record all maintenance activity using the CMMS systemAbout YouTime-served or qualified in Electrical Engineering (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent)Strong electrical fault-finding skills (PLCs, sensors, motors, control panels, etc.)Multi-skilled with some mechanical abilityExperience working in a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environmentComfortable working Panama days & nights (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)Proactive, reliable, and a strong team playerWhat's in it for You?Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)Attractive shift pattern offering good work/life balanceCompany pension & benefits packageOvertime availableOpportunities for further training and progression within a growing businessIf you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills, then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.For further details contact Kieran Wall at Pioneer Selection Ltd, you automatically become eligible for our referral scheme.
