OverviewJoin to apply for the Class 1 Driver role at GXO Logistics, Inc. in partnership with Co-op in Andover. This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern of any 5 days out of 7, contracted to 48 hours per week. Start times are between 00:00 and 04:00.What you will do on a typical dayPerform thorough pre- and post-shift vehicle checks to ensure everything is in top condition for the roadDeliver stock in roll cages to stores on a multi-drop or trunking basisFollow all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, to maintain a safe working environmentComplete all paperwork correctly, accurately and on timeEnsure that all documentation is filled out accurately and submitted on timeWhat you need to succeedA valid Class 1 Driving licence, CPC and Digi tacho cardNo more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)Strong commitment to safety and adherence to driving regulationsExcellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiativePay, benefits and moreAnnual salary of £48,846.72Overtime paid at time and a thirdAnnual CPC trainingHoliday payWorkplace pension24/7 online GP service, life assurance and an employee assistance programmeAccess to MyBenefits platform with discounts and savingsGX0 University access for online trainingGXO is an equal opportunity employer.
