About the Role As the face of the Bar, you will control the flow of guests, collaborate with the Bar Service Team, and ensure a smooth, controlled dining experience for our guests. You will work 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a range of shifts that allow flexibility when possible. Responsibilities Present the Bar to guests, delivering a high-quality service experience. Assist in managing guest flow and communicate with the Bar Service Team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas. Support bar monitoring, replenishment, and closing procedures. Promote menu items and upsell drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Participate in training sessions, including nationally recognized apprenticeships. Qualifications Passion for great customer service and willingness to learn new skills. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
