About the role As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right products are made at the right time to meet customer needs. You’ll use data and insights to build accurate sales forecasts that support production, purchasing, brand performance and business decision-making. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams, as well as external customer contacts, to manage promotions, new product set-ups and inventory estimates. This is a collaborative and varied role where you’ll make a real impact on customer service and delivery performance. Responsibilities Analysing sales patterns, seasonality, and variability to create and maintain accurate forecasts in Blue Planner Tackling the exciting challenge of refining forecasts for promotions, new lines, and short-term changes, directly influencing production plans Building great working relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and customer contacts to align plans and share insights Having a direct impact on customer service by supporting accurate ordering, stock availability, and delivery performance Expanding your knowledge of forecasting systems, EPOS data, and promotional tracking through hands-on work and team collaboration What’s in it for you?
