Qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings. Assess buyers’ financial standings and recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors. Manage the conveyancing process, initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
