Are you looking to join a community of professionals that support the growth of Selling Partners' businesses from a local to an international level? Amazon is seeking a self-driven and ambitious New Accounts Manager to be a part of our Global Selling, EU to US, Marketplace Team in UK.

As an Amazon Global Selling New Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting new European sellers and driving their business success as they expand their reach on Amazon's global marketplaces.
The Amazon Global Selling team supports the expansion of European sellers to the US marketplace. As an Account Manager, you will identify and recruit high sales potential Selling Partners to expand their business to the US. Once you have identified new Selling Partner opportunities, you will build relationships with key decision-makers within those prospective businesses to present a compelling business case for launching on Amazon that meets and exceeds our Selling Partners' requirements.
After launching these Partners on Amazon US, you will be their Account Manager for the year, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth. You will be pivotal in strategically growing our business.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal Amazon stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve Selling Partner issues and improve Global Selling seller experience overall. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and motivated to meet and exceed challenging sales goals.
- Identify and prioritize pipeline of opportunities based on internal data or through resources such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
- Establish and manage the business and technical relationships with key decision-makers, managing the day-to-day interactions with these organizations in order to build long-term partnerships.
- Develop a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs, articulating compelling rationale for why Partners should launch on Amazon US and working closely with Partner Teams to drive positive Seller Experience.
- Successfully Account Manage all Selling Partners you launch on Amazon, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.
- Understand and utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
- You will be adept at managing multiple business opportunities concurrently, reviewing your sales pipeline daily, and be comfortable managing external stakeholders.
- You enjoy the challenge of building compelling business rationale for launching on Amazon US, in a consultative engaging manner.
- You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment, having the opportunity to work autonomously as well as within your wider team to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or account management work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
