Interact with the project team to define scope of work, develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identify variances from the original schedule. Assist project managers to schedule work and coordinate assignments. Evaluate project schedule progress, performance and identify developing problem areas. Analyze float, critical path and constraints to understand the effect of approved changes or slippages, recommending alternative courses of action for recovery. Undertake project progress reviews. Monitor and consolidate multiple project schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Monitor the project managers reporting system summarising the progress status of all projects. Monitor and advise on status of project KPIs across multiple projects. Understand and report Earned Value Management (EVM) on a periodic basis. Functionally manage planning personnel within the Turner & Townsend team, providing mentoring and coaching as required. Qualifications You have senior professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the whole Project lifecycle. While nuclear experience is desirable it is not an absolute requirement. You will be a strong communicator, able to demonstrate leadership behaviours with the ability to influence, manage, motivate, coach and develop a team by fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
