Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Worcester, £85,000+ (DOE) – We are currently looking for an ambitious Legal Director to join this growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this impressive department. JOB REF: 2009. THE ROLE You will be responsible for delivering exceptional advice to a broad range of individual and business clients across all aspects of corporate and commercial work. Your caseload will include drafting, negotiating and advising on a full suite of commercial agreements: terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service agreements, franchise agreements, asset and share purchase agreements, shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements. You will build strong professional networks and represent the firm within the local business community. You will be confident and capable of mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team. SKILLS REQUIRED Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE who can manage a diverse and busy caseload independently. Outstanding attention to detail, excellent planning and organisational skills, and confidence in working to deadlines. Commitment to outstanding client care, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle matters with diplomacy, sensitivity and professionalism. ON OFFER Competitive remuneration package.
