You will learn from your fellow Legends and our award‑winning learning academy to achieve the highest standards in craft, service, and leadership.ResponsibilitiesProvide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, beauty treatments, facials, and nail polishing, while retailing skin care products to guests.Accurately complete consultation forms and maintain high standards in the treatment room following spa standards.Handle special requests from guests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods, and show intuition and empathy, especially when guests are celebrating special occasions.QualificationsPrevious experience in a spa – at least 3 years, as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments.Qualifications – ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massage, including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments.Knowledge of treatments, contra‑indications and skincare retail sales (desirable).Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.Immaculate personal grooming standards.Preferred SkillsStrong, proven retail sales background.Qualification in Reflexology.InclusionWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
