Hours of Work: Up To 40 Hours Per Week - Flexible shifts available 24 hours. Key Responsibilities Work as part of a 3 : 1 support team to provide consistent, safe, and structured care. Support the individual in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and social inclusion. Implement behaviour support strategies and use PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) techniques to safely and respectfully manage challenging behaviours. Maintain a safe environment, ensuring risks are managed and safeguarding policies are always followed. Encourage independence and choice, supporting the individual to develop life skills and access community activities. Communicate effectively within the team to ensure a consistent approach, including handovers and daily documentation. Support with health-related needs in line with care plans (e.g., medication administration, monitoring health conditions, supporting appointments). Accurately record care delivered, incidents, and observations in line with policies and regulatory standards. Am I the right person for this Learning Disabilities Support Worker job?
