In this role, you will be responsible for assessing housing applications in line with policy to ensure eligibility and housing need. You will provide clear advice and guidance to residents navigating the housing register. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. The successful candidate will be confident in updating internal systems and handling sensitive casework with accuracy and care. Experience using Objective and NEC Housing Management Systems is desirable. Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of housing legislation, particularly in relation to our Allocations policy and eligibility criteria. This is a fast-paced environment that requires resilience, organisation, and a solution-focused approach. DBS Check: A Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
