Mortgage Advisor - Employed - NorthantsPRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co‑owns a multi‑branch Estate Agency business across Northampton and the surrounds.The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.The business is extremely busy and productive as a result of a real focus by the Estate Agency business on the Mortgage opportunities.Base salary of £30,000 plus comms with an OTE of £60,000 and also a company car or car allowance.There is no micro management with this business and cannot be compared to corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory roles.The Mortgage and proposition is outstanding with full Primis lender panel and a 15 provider non loaded Protection panel - refreshing.We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience.PRIMIS Mortgage Network – a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business – LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded mortgage and protection businesses.Applications / approaches will be exclusively managed by James McNee of PRIMIS Mortgage Network / LSL’s internal recruitment function whom can be contacted on 07814543722 james.mcnee@primis.co.ukSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionFinance and SalesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
