Job Description Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 3 months Work set up: On-Site Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a highly skilled Dialogflow CX Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting a leading client in the TMTS sector. This role is ideal for a developer with deep expertise in Dialogflow CX and a strong background in conversational AI architecture. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of intelligent virtual agents and conversational interfaces using Google Cloud technologies. What you will do: Design and develop conversational flows using Dialogflow CX. Architect and implement scalable Conversational AI solutions. Integrate Dialogflow agents with backend systems via Apigee and other APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy CCAI solutions. Leverage Google Cloud Platform tools to optimize performance and scalability. Apply GenAI capabilities to enhance agent intelligence and user experience. Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain BPSS clearance standards. Participate in technical interviews and contribute to solution design discussions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dialogflow CX Engineer or Conversational AI Developer. Strong proficiency in Dialogflow CX, Google Cloud, Apigee, and CCAI. Familiarity with GenAI and agent-based architectures. Background in software engineering within the Application Server Technologies domain. Ability to work on-site in the UK and comply with BPSS clearance requirements. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
