You should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as a proven ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies. You should possess a creative flair and a passion for food, as well as an ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
