Mobile Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer. You will carry out various maintenance work to include all aspects of fabric & plumbing repair across a variety of client sites across the region. Location Mobile across London / South East Hours & Pay Hours: 40 hours per week Hourly rate: £16.00 per hour Company Benefits Company vehicle (with option to personal use) We pay door to door 23 days holiday rising up to 26 plus BH Employee discounts via Perkbox Access to a virtual GP and a health & wellbeing app Training & Development Enhanced overtime rates with weekends and night shifts Responsibilities General maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps) Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.) Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances) Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc) Qualifications & Experience Valid UK Driving Licence Formal plumbing qualification or other formal qualifications relating to the role Able to quickly diagnose faults Experience in working at corporate / commercial locations in a similar role Additional Information We will provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
