To complement our team in the United Kingdom, we are looking for an German‑speaking Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management. Overview of responsibilities Advise our customers – Premium Cardholders – on the phone and by email in English and German Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organisation, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing, etc. Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies Prepare tailor‑made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing Mediate with passion Active sales of promotions and exclusive events Requirements Excellent language skills in professional German and English, written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework) Additional language such as French or Italian is an advantage Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or a travel agency GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge Strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture Service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values Strong communication skills Value exceptional service and live by this motto Available on a full‑time basis (40 hrs per week) Flexibility: Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option Located in the United Kingdom Hybrid working arrangement – at least two times a week in the office if within commutable distance Secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions Must meet minimum internet speeds for remote work – to be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join.
