Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.We’re looking for a new creative Senior Graphic Designer to become part of our growing agency. You’ll be joining an ambitious team who share a passion for creative ideas and how design and craft can bring those to life. You’ll be working on a range of global clients applying your ability to tell their story in an inspiring and engaging way. From strategic thinking, conceptualising, and crafting, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving campaigns from concept through to delivery across multiple platforms. Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ agency experience with a portfolio showcasing your creative thinking as well as your attention to the finer details of design, layout and art direction.Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City Centre offices.Generating creative campaign ideas with the ability to develop and elevate these to deliveryStrategic thinking adding insight to executionEncourage and support others to explore ideasCommunicating ideas clearly and convincinglyExplore new platforms and new ways of executing ideasHave the ability to see beyond the brief and offer more to the clientWorking independently and collectively on multiple projectsAt least 5 years’ experience from a creative or digital agency, B2B desirableAn exceptional ability to think and conceptualiseA strong attention to craft, to deliver the very highest quality workAn evident passion for design and everything creatively relatedAdvanced knowledge of Adobe CC – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After EffectsAbility to nurture the rest of the team and work with other disciplinesA great attitude, a real team playerSalary £40,000+ DOECompany Benefits include Vitality healthcare, cycle to work scheme, loyalty holiday days, birthday holiday, gym membership, in- house bar, free haircuts, team awards, social events, coffee vouchers, pizza Fridays… and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
