Own a High-Value Portfolio – Manage a book of Investment Real Estate Finance clients, focusing on retention, growth, and long-term value. Spot Opportunities – Identify new business within your portfolio and deliver profitable, compliant lending solutions that drive regional performance. Balance Risk and Reward – Conduct detailed client reviews, assess credit risk, and manage arrears alongside the Credit Collections team.
