Customer Advisor – B&Q Crawley Part time – 20 hours per week Shift availability: Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm 3‑month fixed‑term contract. UK notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour (incl. £0.81 store‑specific allowance). We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. Responsibilities Provide expert advice to customers on home improvement projects. Support sales goals and offer product knowledge. Manage stock, set up displays, and maintain store presentation. Train in paint mixing, cutting timber, and using new technology. Requirements Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastically helpful. Strong teamwork and flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Passion for home improvement and eagerness to learn new skills.
