We’re proud to be part of a group that champions professional excellence while maintaining the individuality and expertise of each business.ResponsibilitiesComplete a 4-week onboarding programme to gain a deep understanding of our services, value proposition and commercial strategyIdentify and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and outreachRe-engage lapsed or dormant accounts to unlock further commercial potentialMaintain and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate sales activity and pipeline progressCollaborate with technical colleagues to develop proposals, specifications and pricingLead client negotiations to close deals and secure long-term relationshipsConsistently work to meet and exceed agreed sales targetsQualificationsDemonstrable success in B2B consultative sales, ideally within a service-led industryExcellent communication skills – written, verbal and face-to-faceProactive and self-starting approach, with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeConfident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)Benefits20 days annual leave + public holidays + 3 days at Christmas + up to 5 additional loyalty daysCompany mobile and laptopAuto-enrolled pension scheme (via salary exchange for enhanced benefit)6-month probation periodDeath in service schemeStaff recognition and reward schemeEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Active social committee and regular company eventsGenuine career progression encouraged and supportedSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
