About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate with a strong engineering background to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects. As a Senior PM / Associate, you will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the business. Core Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers and technicians. Assist the Head of Department in business development and financial management. Plan, organise, and direct activities concerning the delivery of infrastructure projects. Facilitate coordination amongst a multi-disciplinary team. Manage communications with all project stakeholders. Prepare and manage the project programmes. Tender for new work, including drafting fee proposals. Manage the contractual and commercial aspects of the project. Comply with best practice for all Health & Safety aspects in line with company policies. Contribute to business development and strategic planning initiatives. Maintain a culture of continuous improvements across all aspects of the working environment and projects. Qualifications and Experience Chartered or near-chartered engineering degree. Strong knowledge of design standards, construction methods, and relevant legislation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to develop and understand programmes (e.g. Microsoft Project). Experience in managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously. Excellent clear and concise communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
