Base pay range Location: Worcester Salary: Up to £45,000 basic, plus a PM shift allowance of £3,010.80 per year Hours: 37.5 per week, rotating between AM and PM shifts Shift Pattern: AM, 6 am to 2 pm PM, 2 pm to 10 pm £1,000 attendance bonus per year Death in service at 1x basic salary Medicash employee cash plan after probation Latham & Bond HR are partnered with a manufacturing organisation to recruit a Toolroom Team Leader. You will support production, manage tooling activity, and lead a small team to maintain output and reliability. Key Responsibilities Maintain die and trim tool condition through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programmes Carry out breakdown support for production machinery Deliver planned schedules for production tooling changes Support wider toolroom priorities when required Identify and implement improvements that increase tooling reliability Work in a methodical, disciplined way in line with company procedures and health and safety rules Drive performance improvements within the toolroom Motivate and develop the team to maintain effectiveness Skills and Experience Required Stripping and assembling dies and trim tools Strong organisation and communication skills Experience in a toolroom environment Overhead crane or FLT experience, training provided TIG welding, training provided Strong problem-solving with a proactive approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with strong interpersonal skills If you’re seeking a rewarding new challenge and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply today.
