Who are we? Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clubhouse Attendant to ensure the smooth daily operation of our premium leisure facilities. Responsibilities include opening and closing the clubhouse, maintaining cleanliness and presentation across all areas (gym, pool, padel pavilion, coworking spaces, and changing rooms), setting up hydration stations and fitness studios, and supporting guest experience through friendly meet-and-greet and tours. You’ll restock towels and amenities, log maintenance issues, assist with laundry coordination, and help create a welcoming, well-presented environment for members and guests throughout the day. Who we are looking for: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all Clubhouse areas Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests to support a positive experience in this shared space. Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the facilities.
