Probate Solicitor

Probate Solicitor Pay: £32,000-£65,000 based on experience (Work level 6A & 5). Full‑time (37.5 hours) or part‑time available. Hybrid working with offices in Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, or Stratford upon Avon. Responsibilities Own a caseload of probate cases varying in complexity end‑to‑end, using a case management system and AI tools. Use the case management system to ensure accurate information recording. Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email. Collaborate with the team for support and continuously develop legal skills. Mentor junior team members using your legal knowledge. Qualifications Qualified solicitor or legal executive in private practice (CILEX or STEP qualification) or equivalent probate law experience. Strong initiative and ability to prioritise and organise work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Client‑focused, capable of building positive relationships remotely. Why Co‑op?
