What you’ll be doing: Develop and formulate innovative skincare, bodycare, and cosmetic products from concept through to launch. Work closely with R&D, marketing, NPD, and regulatory teams. Conduct stability and compatibility testing. Keep up to date with industry trends, new raw materials, and compliance standards. Support improvements to existing formulas, driving sustainability and efficacy in product development. What we’re looking for: A degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Proven experience in formulating beauty or personal care products – ideally within skincare, bodycare, or cosmetics. A strong understanding of ingredients, formulation processes, and cosmetic regulations. A proactive, collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys working in a close‑knit team. Passion for the beauty industry and product innovation. What’s on offer: Salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
