About the Role

As Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of quality, health & safety, and environmental (QHSE) management. From leading audits to implementing a new Document Management System, you'll ensure our systems meet high standards while adding commercial value.

You'll report directly to the SVP Engineering and work across teams to embed best practices and drive performance. This role is ideal for someone with consultancy or fee-for-service experience who enjoys autonomy and impact.

What You'll Do

Lead and evolve QHSE systems (ISO 9001 essential, ISO 13485 desirable)

Oversee internal/external audits and corrective actions

Improve and implement quality processes across engineering projects

Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across the business

Support environmental strategy and drive sustainable practices

Help roll out a new Document Management System

What We're Looking For

Graduate calibre or industry trained experience, ideally with a technical background

Proven experience in senior QHSE roles within a consultancy/project-based environment

Strong communicator, self-motivated, solution-focused

Experience with ISO accreditations and familiarity with export controls (training available)
