The Facilities Management team is responsible for some of the most prestigious and iconic buildings in Lancashire. These buildings provide essential services to the community and vulnerable people. High standards of cleanliness are expected and prior experience is desirable; however full training and ongoing support will be provided.The work address is Red Marsh School, Willow Campus, Thornton- Cleveleys, FY5 4HH. Please ensure you have means of travelling to the above work address.In exchange for your hard work and professionalism, Lancashire County Council is proud to offer the Foundation Living Wage for this post. Foundation Living Wage is independently calculated each year based on what employees and their families need to live.This position is part time - please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis. Therefore the hourly rate is £12.60.The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).
