Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (QS) - Permanent Role - SawbridgeworthOur client, a leading Groundworks/RC Frames subcontractor who operate throughout London and the home counties, are looking for a number of Quantity Surveyors/Estimators to join their commercial team based in their head office in Sawbridgeworth.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all applications are submitted in line with the contractual termsEnsuring sub-contractor payments are made on timeAssisting the commercial teamMonitoring all applications submitted and ensure any works rejected are tracked and reissued when appropriatePricing all jobs by their appropriate revenue code to ensure that they are billed correctlyTo produce and agree a monthly applicationMonitoring and managing costs to ensure profitability is maintained.RequirementsDegree qualifiedGroundworks/RC Frames ExperienceExperience Surveying, Pricing and Validating Subcontractor QuotationsExperience Measuring Works, Generating and Agreeing applicationsNegotiation SkillsThis is a Permanent position with a negotiable salary on offer depending on experience.
