Our client is a well-respected national firm of independent financial advisers, currently recruiting an IFA Administrator for their Ipswich offices.The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for client queries regarding pensions and investments, liaise with product providers, and cover all aspects of general office administration.Specific ResponsibilitiesAssisting with reviews and customer requests, acting as a point of contact for clients to handle day-to-day queriesScreening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and addressing them where appropriatePreparation of client review packsHandling illustration requestsProviding back-office supportEnsuring all financial planning client administration is carried out according to the firm’s proceduresMaintaining client records on the company software, ensuring files are well-presented, accurate, and compliantKeeping up-to-date with financial products and legislationEnsuring compliance with all company and industry guidelines, rules, and regulationsExperience and Key RequirementsPrevious experience working in a Financial Advice firm is advantageousReliable with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectivelyMotivated, friendly, and professional at all timesOutstanding communication skills at all levelsAbility to produce business correspondence and proofread with high accuracy for grammar, spelling, and punctuationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to cope with changeConfident with IT and office software packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointWe welcome driven and suitable candidates to apply—please submit your CV for consideration.
