Employees with a hybrid working arrangement in place will be office based and able to work from home, with permission, on an ad hoc basis.Job DetailsTo manage and monitor all aspects of the Council's PPP project throughout the operational services phase of the Project, which expires in 2035, to ensure full and consistent compliance with the terms of the Project Agreement. The PPP Project's facilities broadly comprise 6 secondary schools, a Community Centre and a Swimming Pool complex.East Lothian's population is planned to grow significantly over the next 10 years and additional education capacity and new facilities will be required at primary / nursery and secondary level. You will ensure the effective management of the schools estate by liaising closely across Council departments, particularly Education, Planning and Finance to ensure that the Council's primary and secondary schools are sufficient and suitable to meet current and future requirements.Please download the Job Outline/Person Specification (available under 'Job Attachments') for the full range of tasks and duties associated with this job.
